Do I need a long-term contract?
No. We offer flexible month-to-month rental terms, as well as options up to 1 year. You’re not locked in — storage should fit your life, not the other way around.
How do I access the facility?
You receive a personal access code AND can use our smartphone app to open the gate without even touching a keypad. Access is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Is there power available at my spot?
Yes! Outdoor and covered storage spots include 30-amp electrical service so you can keep your RV charged and climate systems running while stored.
Can I wash and dump my RV on-site?
Yes. We have both a dump station and a wash area on-site, so you can prep your rig for the road or clean it up before storing — all without leaving the property.
Are you good for seasonal residents?
Absolutely. We serve many seasonal residents who store their vehicles while they travel or head north. Online payments and 24/7 access make it easy to come and go — or leave your vehicle safely while you’re away for months.
How much does storage cost?
Outdoor storage ranges from $175–$230/month depending on size. Covered storage ranges from $386–$572/month depending on size. Elite Condo units are priced upon request — contact us for current availability and details.
What sizes of vehicles can you accommodate?
We accommodate virtually everything — from small trailers and boats to full-size Class A motorhomes up to 80 feet. Our wide lanes are designed for large vehicles to maneuver safely.
What is the difference between a rental and an Elite Condo?
Rentals are month-to-month or annual agreements. Elite Condos are deeded real estate — you own the unit outright, build equity, and can customize or even lease it to another owner. Phase I sold out; Phase II is now available. Note: a separate indoor climate-controlled car storage option is also in development and coming in a future phase.
Is it safe? What security measures are in place?
Security is a top priority. We have gated access (code + app), surveillance cameras throughout the entire facility, and an on-site manager. Only active renters can enter the property.
