Yes, we will have a 50 amp service to each location. Water will be supplied at central locations throughout the site.
Yes, the location is designated on site plan.
Yes, just like the rest of the storage park, unit owners will be given a code to access the area 24-hours a day. Also, numerous security cameras will be placed through the site.
All containers will be insulated and vented. Some containers will have electrical outlets to hook up to and others will also have mini-splits to air-condition the units.
We are hoping for the covered-storage to be completed by October of 2022. We expect containers to begin arriving in April of 2022.
We will have a dump station and an area where owners can clean/rinse their units.
The gate will be locked and only accessible with a code. We will also have camera's around the site that will give us visibility to each unit.
Leasing will be available for 1 month to 1 year in duration.
